Breaking: Eight feared dead and many injured following derailment of train in Paris

There are reports of at least ten fatalities and multiple injuries after a passenger train derailed south of Paris:

From the Daily Mail:
The high speed intercity train was travelling from the French capital to the city of Limoges when it derailed onto its side in a train station in the suburb of Bretigny-sur-Orge at about 3.15pm GMT.
The Daily Mail reports that many of those killed were crushed to death or electrocuted.
Rescue workers are still reportedly working to free passengers from the derailed train.
